 Parking Violations

There continues to be a problem with parking discrepancies throughout the community. These violations are not limited to unregistered vehicles, expired or altered registrations, inoperable vehicles, or vehicles with missing license plates. These violations are against the governing documents of the Association. A code violation of PB County presents serious liability and safety concerns.

Such violations are reported to the Palm Beach County Code Enforcement Division. The Notices of Violation are sent to the Association that are allowing these vehicles to be stored on the property.

The Association, through its Board of Directors, should check the property for these issues to ensure these violations are corrected. License plates are to be in clear view.

PBC Ordinance 2007-013, 2019-005, 2019-034.

“It shall be unlawful for any owner of land in any residential district to park on, cause to be parked on, or allow to be parked on residentially zoned land any unlicensed or unregistered vehicle.”

"It shall be unlawful for the owner or occupant of a building, structure or property to utilize the premises of such property for the open storage of any motor vehicle which is inoperable and in a state of disrepair."
