BEWARE!

In 2025 State laws changed 

with regard to condo buildings.

 

Palm Beach Code Enforcement now has new restrictions on interior remodeling. There is an officer assigned to patrol Century Village. He keeps his eye out for remodeling activity.  He can STOP your project. 

 

Unit Owners MUST consult with the Board BEFORE ANY interior work is done to the unit, no matter how small.

 

Should work commence without written Board approval, all FINES from either Code Enforcement or the State will be billed back to the unit owner, and your project may be halted and/or removed.
